I was in this crew in NOLA just over a week ago. We saw the zoo, aquarium, insectarium and a supercute Born to be Wild IMAX. Good eats too. On the long way back to Malin's we drove along MS Gulf Coast- the west end. The boys had a great time swimming in the shallow waters near the beach.

early '12
The boys enjoyed a recent trip to the Channel 3 studio here in Memphis. The weather guy(an Eagle scout) showed us how it is done. We were even on set when they did the 5 o'clock broadcast. I can't believe everyone stayed quiet!
In this photo, they are in front of the famous green screen. They got to pretend on be on TV and practice looking at their reverse image in the camera monitor. Wilson was pretty tired at this point.

Just a picture I like...
Back in action!
Everyone knows that kids get big in a blink of an eye. So 14 months is a BIG gap in this blog. We had a lot of technology issues, and a fair amount of busy-life issues too. The boys are GREAT. Jackson is plowing thru 4th grade and Wilson is making a good transition to big boy school in kindergarten. It’s so nice to have them at the same school. They walk home together in the afternoon and it’s about the cutest thing I ever saw. We are usually running late in the AM so they have to get dropped off but we like to walk to school too when we can.
