May Days II
More pics from the Zoo Members Party and with our sweet friends Myles (@ Vets' ceremony) and Ryley (@CMOM)...

May Days
We're busy, but I've been slacking. May is all about getting done with school and making plans for summer. Jackson had a field day and an awards day at school, then attended his last day of first grade on May 27. On awards day he was given awards for earning the most AR (accelerated reader)points in his class and for being selected for the Peer Mediation program. I'm very proud of him of course. Wilson received his developmental evaluation at school, and I'm amazed at how far this child has come. He's talking up a storm, and did most of his potty training in 2 1/2months. His early interventionist confirms that he has "caught up" in leaps and bounds. He really has no lags now. So I guess I'll have 2 smarties to contend with around here!
Wilson will continue @ CCA this summer and Jackson will spend a few weeks there and attend 2 Scouting day camps. We have July 4th plans and hope to have a couple of weekend trips also.
I'll present the remainder of the review as photos, which are the fave anyhow!
On Saturday the 16th, we played with our cousins at their house:

Milkshakes rock in hot weather. Ryan mostly wanted to sleep but Kendall let the boys play on the cool playset and with her other outside toys. They got dirty and tired- big time.
Memorial Day weekend gave us 3 days to play with friends, have fun, and honor vets. Saturday AM, Jackson joined area Scouts at the veterans' cemetary to place flags on soldiers' graves.

We also had a great time playing in the hose with Conner and playing in the box our new patio furniture came in.
