Winter storm ~ Jan 2010

Thursday night, Jan 28, the weather turned very cold. The next morning we saw sleet and snow so we were iced in the rest of the weekend. I just found out school is cancelled tomorrow. For this area, this is a BIG deal. The boys and I have been home since Thursday after school and work. We won't make it another day so I'll have to cook up something fun.

HIGHest Honors.

Jackson is excelling at Farmington Elementary. He began there the first day of the 2nd nine weeks, and he hit the ground running. He made all A's his first 9 weeks @ Dexter, and he did the same at FES for the 2nd nine weeks. This earned him an award for highest honors, which I saw him receive at school last week. I'm a proud mom!!

Brothers and buddies.

Jackson and Wilson have broken in the trampoline since Christmas. Good times, and no one has been injured (whew!). We also made our yearly trip to see the Globetrotters, which is always a good time.
